Porters Neck Elementary
Author David Sokolofsky had a great time reading The Little Surfer Boy to all the second graders at PNES! The kids were stoked on the experience and asked some really good questions afterwards! A big thank you to all the students and staff for inviting David to his first public reading!

David had an incredible experience returning to his childhood elementary school and sharing The Little Surfer Boy with all the third grade students of Ogden Elementary! The building may have changed since David attended Ogden, but the spirit and energy remains as strong as ever! It's easy to see why this school is so special to so many!

David had so much fun reading The Little Surfer Boy to all the third graders at Cape Fear Academy and seeing several of his Waves of Wilmington swimmers while on campus! The kids came prepared with some GREAT questions for the Q&A which provided an insightful look into the writing and publishing process!
